Kevin’s customer service is 2nd to none. I absolutely LOVE my fabuwood cabinets in the color dove and Kevin made the process seamless. White glove service, answered my many questions, delivery was earlier than quoted and he is extremely knowledgeable and can guide you through the process. The pricing is extremely competitive. His competitors wanted to overcharge whereas Kevin’s price was very fair. I give Kevin and his team the highest recommendation and wouldn’t use anyone else. He came highly recommended and I see why!

Steve and the legacy kitchen team were great to work with. They installed a beautiful built in TV wall unit in our home. They were prompt, communicative, friendly and reasonably priced relative to other bids we received. The team even worked a couple weekends for us to make sure the project was complete before Christmas. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Steve and the team.

After interviewing several firms, we decided to go with Legacy for our recent kitchen renovation. Steve was very prompt and responsive during the initial design stage. They were transparent on timelines, and held to them. I think over the duration of the project, there were less than 5 days where work wasn’t happening. It allowed us to go from demo to done in less than 2 months. The team on site were great keeping things clean, organized, and kept us in the loop on progress daily. The quality of the work done was top notch. We love our new space!!

I hired Legacy Kitchens to renovate my kitchen and could not be happier with the experience. I have worked with many contractors and had terrible times managing them to make sure the jobs got done. Between getting told they couldn't keep people on the job, or that I had to pay multiple people, I became the project manager which was very of my highest concern when looking to do my kitchen. I vetted several companies to bid on my kitchen (which was not a small job) to make sure I felt comfortable and was hiring a reliable company. Legacy Kitchens managed all aspects of the renovation and it was well coordinated. I never stressed about anything and in fact, they often noticed the 'little' things before I did and fixed them. The attention to detail was impeccable. From the selection of materials, all the way through the completion, everything was seemless, painless and actually felt like it went very fast. I was told it would take 6 weeks and it was done in 6 weeks! There were no delays and rarely a 'dead' day where no one showed up... even when I did think there was a dead day, someone often popped in to do something. Everyone who worked on my kitchen was highly professional, helpful and focused on every need to make sure I was comfortable with the work. I loved that all aspects were part of the company and there was little to no subcontracting done (electricians and plumbers are all employed by Legacy). The communication was great as I got the project plan for the week every Sunday so I knew what to expect. Phone calls and text messages were answered promptly (even on weekends). Everyone was great and the best part is I have an amazing kitchen that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend Legacy Kitchens!!! UPDATE! It's been a year since the remodel and my kitchen is still amazing. No issues with workmanship or challenges with post renovation hiccups.

We have done a few kitchen renovations in our past and, by far, this one with Legacy was the very best experience. From first contact through planning until completion, we were informed, considered and impressed. Their work teams are phenomenal. Courteous, clean and so talented! They worked quickly and with company oversight of every detail. Obvious to us, Legacy has excellent management and business skills. We were on budget and on time! We were very happy with the cost of the project and they worked with us to reduce expenses where it made sense and made suggestions that got our dream kitchen to be a reality. It is truly beautiful and we know that is only because we chose the right company to help us make it our own. No wonder 3 of our neighbors used them, too. We waited a long time for this kitchen and our whole family LOVES the result.

My wife and I were looking to complete full kitchen remodel including removal of load bearing wall. We met with several contractors over 18 month period before coming across Legacy Kitchen Design Center by happenstance. We are extremely lucky we did because from initial conversation to completion of the project we felt engaged, heard and supported by the entire team. From our first discussion with Wayne, we could tell he would help deliver our vision and fully ensure the new kitchen met all our needs. The initial designs were near perfect and not anything we had seen before and really brough our vision to life. Our project manager Tom and each member of the team went above and beyond to answer questions and took pride in delivering their part of the project. The work area was kept tidy and minimal dust entered the rest of the home even with the full removal of all drywall. Everyone we worked with was prompt, and communicated very clearly with us each step of the way. Communication was seamless and we never had to chase down an answer. The overall project was extremely organized and date driven with weekly Sunday emails to give us an idea of what was on tab for that week. As we made tweaks and changes to the original design along the way, the team was always willing to work with us and offer insight into the best way to get it done. We cannot recommend them enough as they provided a best in class experience at a reasonable cost. We are so grateful to Wayne, Tom and the entire team for not only delivering this amazing new kitchen but also making an extremely stressful and intimidating project so much easier.
